Privacy in plain sight.
Last updated: October 13, 2026. This prototype notice is not a verified final policy for the live Marketing Muse product. Owner and privacy-engineer review is required before launch.
What the studio stores
Your account stores your email and password through the sign-in service. Campaigns (with planned dates and review status) and the workspace brand profile are stored in your workspace and visible to its members according to their role. Your sign-in session is kept in memory only and ends when you reload. Avoid personal, confidential, or sensitive information in your drafts.
AI and connected services
AI is used only when you choose “Write draft with AI.” Then the brief you typed, the chosen format, and — if you leave “Use the workspace brand profile” ticked — that workspace’s brand voice, audience, and words to avoid are sent to the built-in AI service. Your email, password, sign-in session, other campaigns, and other workspaces are not sent, and no AI service keys ever reach your browser. Retention by the AI service has not been independently reviewed. Nothing is sent to social publishing or payment providers; none are connected and no payment is collected. Exports are generated in your browser. The hosting environment may process standard request metadata; its logs, retention, and settings have not been verified in this prototype.
External resources and control
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives a standard font request. Campaign images are bundled locally. Clear this site’s browser storage through your browser settings to remove local data. Workspace owners can delete workspace data; self-service account deletion is not yet available.
Before launch
Controller identity, verified contact details, lawful basis, processors, retention, cookie consent requirements, regional rights, and deletion procedures must be reviewed and completed. No contact details have been invented.
